The previous firm had challenges reaching and engaging with the older target demographic due to the type of therapeutic being studied which was a topical synthetic CBD.
The campaign algorithms focussed on online media content trusted by the demographic.
All patent engagement activity was funneled through the Platform so patients could be quickly online screened and connected to their nearest site for follow-up.
A point to note is the ease of interaction with the TrialWire™ technology for this demographic.
The older demographic was using mostly desktop and tablets to complete their online screening and showed no drop-off issues due to technology
